AVON SAFETY HOSE

BY

CONCRETE PLACEMENT BOOM END HOSE

WATCH NOW

SAFETY Hose structure reinforced with high-strength, special plies that reduce dangerous whipping Safer boom pumping The Avon Safety Hose is a concrete placement boom end hose used on truck and mobile pumps at point of placement. It facilitates work by absorbing shocks and vibrations, making concrete pumping operations safer while guaranteeing high abrasion resistance.

During use, hoses can behave in unpredictable ways. For instance, the sudden release of clogged material or the presence of air in the pipes can cause significant lateral bending and dangerous vibrations that result in hose whip. The Avon Safety Hose is specially designed to considerably reduce hose whip; synthetic fiber reinforcements are embedded at specifically calculated angles based on the internal diameter of the hose. By reducing hose whip, the Avon Safety Hose lowers the risk of accidents and makes boom pumping operations much safer for any operator handling the hose.

Trouble-free even after many hours of operation Reduce the risk of accidents when pouring concrete Easier to handle than a conventional hose Meets ASME B30.27 and CSA Z151 PERFORMANCE Excellent resistance to abrasion, wear & weathering Rated up to 100 bar working pressure Withstands suction during cleaning operations

WHIP REDUCING. LESS SHOCK & VIBRATION. OPTIMAL STABILITY. FEWER ACCIDENTS.
