Con Forms Introduces Reusable Lay Flat Hose Body to Reduce Downtime and Extend Hose Life
PORT WASHINGTON, WI — Con Forms has introduced a new Reusable Lay Flat Hose Body (Patent Pending) , a high-pressure hose coupling system designed to increase your bottom line. Traditional lay flat hoses are prone to failure in the first 24” due to the change in the concrete flow from an efficient round pipe and hose body to the “Flat” shape of the lay flat hose. Con Forms has developed a new reusable coupling system, replacing a single-use crimped end with a bolted design that can be reused and serviced in the field. The system is engineered to deliver secure, leak-free performance without pinching the hose jacket , while giving operators the ability to re-couple hoses in the field using readily available hand tools.
